PLEASE TAKE THE PAIN AWAY
“I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my
right hand, I shall not be moved. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy
presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

There are times in our lives when we have such pain in our hearts over a
situation that all we can see is darkness. We can share the pain with our loved
ones but only Jesus can take it away and replace it with His peace, joy and
happiness. If we will stay in the presence of Jesus, we will have fulness of
joy.
Many times we take our eyes off of Him and put them on our circumstances and
become discouraged. It doesn’t matter how bad the heartaches and trials are that
we are going through and how much we are hurting, Jesus experienced more grief,
anguish, heartaches and agony than any of us will ever have to endure.
We can’t put the lights of hope, peace and joy back in a heart, only Jesus can
do that but we are to be encouragers to each other. None of us can make it by
ourselves, we need each other. The person who says or thinks “I don’t need
anybody” is deceiving himself or herself. There are times we are reluctant to
share the hurt and pain in our hearts because we think that people won’t really
understand, or worse still, won’t care.
Jesus went through tremendous pain and agony when He was here on earth due to
rejection. Sad to say, that even today He is facing the same rejection. There
are many people who have never invited Him into their hearts and asked Him to
save them. Have you said “Yes” to Jesus? If not, you need to understand and
realize that you are breaking His heart.
