"A Touch Of Love"

I was mired deep in Satan's sin,
God was knocking to be let in
But my dark heart paid no heed,
I kept on sowing my sinful seed.

Sins laid me low I could not rise,
I then cried out to Heaven's skies
And The Lord wiped my teary eyes
Now His sweet love within me lies.

By Divine blessing I rose to stand,
He lifted me up with a loving hand,
A sanctified pardon God did impart
When He bent to heal my evil heart.

He blessed me with divine salvation
When He made a miracle visitation,
He washed my charred sinners soul,
Purified my heart and made me whole.

In reverence I trembled and shook
When trials and afflictions God took,
He lifted burdens and cast them aside
Then raised me up to stand with pride.

Mine is a story that had to be told,
God's mercy is a miracle to behold,
He redeemed me thru pious appeal,
His love for His children is very real.

God put love into my hardened heart
And gave a notice He wants to impart,
He loves you and you need not despair,
You can be saved thru reverent prayer.
